The location was perfect, close to the center of Granada and within walking distance of the university neighborhood and tourist areas. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a wonderfully quiet interior room that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including good air conditioning and big terraces. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide choice of high-quality options available from 7:30 to 11 in the morning.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and just a few blocks away from nice parks and the university neighborhood. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including fresh fruit and pastries. We were also impressed with the beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel had free wifi and a small fridge in the room, which was convenient.
The elevators were a bit slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the center and right on a beautiful tree-lined avenue. The hotel was situated in a lively and busy area, allowing us to easily explore everything the city had to offer. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We especially loved the spacious terrace where we could relax and enjoy the lovely weather. The hotel also provided excellent room service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
